Formed in Durham in 1982 by drummer/vocalist Paul ‘Evo’ Evans, Warfare were true pioneers of the punk-metal crossover. Long before the genre gained global mainstream traction, Warfare were masterfully blending the raw, anarchic spirit of early 80s punk with the heavy, metallic edges of bands like Motörhead.
