Relive a legendary moment in Heavy Metal history.
London, June 1st, 1984 captures the raw, infernal energy of Venom during one of their most significant eras. This unofficial CD release, presented by Radio Broadcast Music Ltd., documents the final, definitive gig of the iconic "Seven Dates of Hell" tour. Recorded live at the Hammersmith Odeon, this performance stands as a "breath of fresh air" from the peak of 1980s extreme metal.
The 1984 tour is historically significant not just for Venom’s headlining dominance, but for featuring a young Metallica as the supporting act. This recording preserves the "absolute masterclass in metal" that defined the Northwest British Heavy Metal pioneers' sound—brutal, hook-driven, and unapologetically heavy.
