Originally released in 2007, Dead Again stands as one of the most adventurous and experimental records in the storied catalog of Type O Negative. Showcasing the band's signature blend of heavy metal, dark dirty basslines, and haunting poetic lyrics, the album also weaves in distinctive psychedelic textures and Beatles-inspired influences across ambitious time and key changes.
Anchored by the commanding, ominous presence of frontman Peter Steele and soaring guitar solos by Kenny Hickey, Dead Again captures a fresh, vibrant intensity that rivals band benchmarks like October Rust. From fast-paced metallic fury to sprawling, atmospheric doom, this CD release is an essential piece for any collector or fan of Type O Negative's dark, boundary-pushing sound.
