CD Digipak Sarah McLachlan – Remixed

Experience Sarah McLachlan as you’ve never heard her before. Released in the U.S. in 2003 via Arista Records, Remixed is the definitive collection of dance and electronic reinterpretations from the iconic Canadian singer-songwriter. This compilation bridges the gap between McLachlan’s ethereal adult-pop sensibilities and the pulsing energy of the global club scene.

The album features a prestigious lineup of world-class producers and DJs, including William Orbit, Tiësto, BT, and Rabbit in the Moon. These collaborators breathe new life into fan favorites from her studio albums Solace, Fumbling Towards Ecstasy, and Surfacing, transforming her signature "quiet moments" into nuanced, atmospheric soundscapes.

Key Highlights:

• "Silence" (Delerium feat. Sarah McLachlan): The album’s centerpiece, remixed by Tiësto, widely regarded as one of the greatest trance tracks of all time.
• "Possession": A classic, icy techno reconstruction by Rabbit in the Moon.
• "Sweet Surrender": A dark, somber, and sparse arrangement by DJ Tiësto.
• "Fear": A standout mix by Hybrid featuring breakbeats and lush strings.
• "I Love You": A sophisticated take by BT that brings the track to new heights.

Whether you are a longtime fan or a devotee of early 2000s electronic music, Remixed is a essential addition to your collection, proving that McLachlan’s haunting vocals are as powerful on the dancefloor as they are on the stage.
