Capture the raw live energy of Pearl Jam with 10/9/00 – Chicago, Illinois, an official two-disc live recording from the band’s celebrated 2000 Binaural Tour. Recorded on October 9, 2000, at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, and released by Epic in 2001, this album stands as the 53rd release in Pearl Jam's historic 72-part official bootleg series.
This high-energy performance was specifically chosen by the band as one of only 18 standout "Ape/Man" shows from the tour—a designation bassist Jeff Ament described as nights the band found "really exciting." Praised by Allmusic with a 4-star rating, this Windy City performance is regarded as a high-priority, must-have addition to any alternative rock or Pearl Jam collection.
