Experience the ultimate career-spanning time capsule from one of alternative rock’s most innovative bands.
Released in 2012 by Legacy Recordings, HQ Live Special Edition captures Incubus at a pivotal moment, celebrating their 20th anniversary. In the summer of 2011, the band transformed a Los Angeles storefront into an intimate residency, performing six nights of free shows for a few hundred fans while broadcasting globally. This Special Edition collection preserves the magic of that week across a comprehensive 2-CD and 1-DVD set.
Musical highlights showcase the band’s evolution from their nu-metal roots to experimental alternative rock. Fans can enjoy powerful live renditions of career-defining hits and deep cuts, including:
- "Wish You Were Here" and "Nice To Know You"
- "Drive" and "Stellar"
- "Megalomaniac" and "Anna Molly"
- Newer favorites like "Adolescents" and "Promises, Promises"
While the 28-track double CD provides an expansive audio journey, the accompanying DVD offers a front-row seat to the high-tech residency, featuring 19 tracks of raw, participatory performances. For the dedicated follower, this release is an essential document of Incubus’s ever-evolving musicality and their enduring connection with their fans.
