Following an extended recording hiatus, French collective Nouvelle Vague returned in 2016 with I Could Be Happy. Spearheaded by producers Marc Collin and Olivier Libaux, the album marks an inventive evolution of the group's signature blend of new wave classics and sultry bossa nova rhythms.
