Rediscover one of the defining UK hits of the early 1990s with Jimmy Nail's smash CD single, "Ain't No Doubt." Released in 1992 by EastWest Records as the lead single from his second studio album Growing Up in Public, the track marked a massive musical comeback for the English actor and singer-songwriter during the height of his hit television series Spender.
Blending slick pop, R&B, and swingbeat rhythms, the song is renowned for its conversational storytelling verses, the powerful guest vocals of Sylvia Mason-James, and its catchy, march-style chorus. Written and produced by Nail alongside Guy Pratt, Danny Schogger, and Charlie Dore, "Ain't No Doubt" became a certified commercial triumph, claiming the #1 spot in the UK and Ireland while reaching the top 10 across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
