Combining material originally issued across two limited 10" releases from 1997 and 1999, this album perfectly showcases the San Clemente heavy rock outfit's signature fuzz-drenched riffs and driving grooves.
The 2004 Elastic Records edition introduces alternative cover artwork and a revised sequence that leads off with "Eatin' Dust" and closes with the thunderous "Godzilla." Notable for its stellar personnel, the sessions feature guitarist Bob Balch and drummer Brant Bjork, as well as production, percussion, and lead guitar contributions on the "Godzilla" sessions from Josh Homme (Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age), performing under the alias Mike Coopersmith.
