Rediscover a defining moment in mid-’90s British R&B with Damage’s breakthrough 1996 single, "Forever". Released by Big Life Records as the third single and title track from their debut studio album, this romantic ballad cemented the London quintet's reputation for lush vocal harmonies and polished pop-soul production.
Produced by Steve Mac and co-written with Wayne Hector and Ali Tennant, "Forever" marked a pivotal creative collaboration tailored specifically to showcase Damage’s smooth, melodic sound. The release became an international chart success, peaking at #6 on the UK Singles Chart, hitting #1 on the UK Hip Hop and R&B Chart, and reaching #13 in Australia.
